I enjoyed reading this book. It is about a woman who has struggled with her weight and how it impacted her life. I enjoy reading weight loss stories like this.

I found it very helpful in dealing with my past and confronting the demons that where hiding within. I have stated taking a good look at my life and what I can make better and influencing my children in a positive way. I believe Jill wrote the book in ways that everyone can get something out of it to help better their lives. I am very grateful for this book and the time Jill put into it and was willing to share it with others. She explains things in a way that simplify's them even to my understanding, easy reading and I really like that. I would recommend this book to anyone who is battling food addiction or is having issues with food in any way. It really is an Awesome book for self help.
