Not to be Missed!!!

This book is hysterical. Several times while reading it I cackled loudly, causing concerned looks from those in the room with me. This is the kind of book that while it may not be a great American classic (Of Mice and Men it is not) you will definitely want to read it aloud to friends and family. Written in a charming, stream of consciousness style you feel as if you're having a conversation with the author. While some of the humor is sophomoric and very literally even potty humor - that's not all it has to offer.
Besides being funny, the author makes several valid points about contemporary American society. In every chapter I guarantee you will either think to yourself 'yeah so and so does that and it's so annoying!' or you'll pause and bite your lip realizing that chapter could've been written about you. This is not an esoteric literary journey, nor is it a trivial tween novel about some supernatural love triangle - at it's essence it is simply a funny book - one that I wouldn't want to pass up.

Great advice with humor tied in perfectly!

After looking through the book I was very surprised at how many of the things the author, Winters, says are very true and close to home. I see so many out there who match many of the description the author says not to do and hopefully I can shove one of the pages in front of them so they can read and realize how much of an idiot they truly are. There was a lot of different forms of humor wrapped in that never stopped the flow of the reading but rather helped to push you forward in wanting to read more. There were even some things in the book that I will have to remember for future use. I highly suggest this book for anyone's personal library for when you feel that everyone around you is a f***ing idiot and want some glimmer of hope that they could change.

"Stop Being a F-ing Idiot" was a good read. The author is a Miami-based blogger who writes his brutally honest reviews with hilarious anecdotes and loads or profanity. If you're a business owner, this is NOT the guy to give bad service to. He kept the book true-to-form with his dark humor. I can best describe it as a profane, Aesop's Fables for adults. Behind all of the humor, there is solid, real-world advice and situations we can all relate to. If you're easily offended, this book is for you. It'll help you lighten up. If you're not easily offended, this book is for you. You'll laugh.
