This book is an easy read, but is packed with useful and practical information. I took pages of notes, and will be putting some of her ideas into practice right away. I've spent hours of time looking for this information on the internet, but this book has it all in one place. I wish I would have found this book two months ago!

The author did her research and presents a practical guide. Her disclosure is follows which describes what is important about this book.
The purpose of the book as clearly stated, "the purpose of "All Natural Dental Remedies" is not to make an argument for alternative dentistry or against conventional dentistry; nor is it to persuade anyone that one way of doing things is superior to another. Rather, it is to present practical information about the health and healing of the teeth and gums in a matter-of-fact way for informational purposes.
And as she continues to say, "There is nothing mysterious or mystical about re-mineralizing teeth and naturally restoring tooth enamel. Yet, despite the renaissance of information about other aspects of natural healing, natural dental care is a subject that has not been much discussed. This is partly because to talk about natural dental enamel growth or healing of cavities is heresy against the official dental establishment. And, it is partly because when people believe there is no solution to a problem, they don't bother to look for one."
I have heard about re-mineralizing teeth naturally and the book provides a good guide for the process. The book provides practical formulas or remedies, "the types of remedies presented include nutritional, herbal, mineral and other alternative remedies. Unfortunately, there is very little mainstream scientific research on alternative dental remedies, so we must rely largely on folk lore and what is called "anecdotal" evidence."
I am grateful for her work and hope more people take responsibility for their own health and tooth care.

This All Natural Dental Remedies I Found to be of great help to my gums and my TMJ--Just the book I need!

For me, I have TMJ and also Gingivitis. Although I am taking excellent care of this via a dentist, I also wanted a NATURAL approach to these problems in a book that was very helpful without being an encyclopedia.
This book is exactly what I was searching for! What I like most about this book:
+ Part 7 - TMJ and Bruxism - I tend to grind me teeth at night causing TMJ, tooth problems and gum problems. This section explains how to relax my jaw during the day so that at night it will still be relaxed. The advice in this section worked wonders for my TMJ and Bruxism.
+ Part 4 - Gum Remedies (all are from natural products)- MY FAVORITE SECTION! This section explains what herbs are healing for the gums. Highly recommended in this book is CoQ 10, which I take and it has done wonders for my dental health, especially my gums. And there are natural recipes for healing rinses for the gums in this section and more healing suggestions that are easy to find ingredients available on the internet or in a health food store.
+ The whole book is wonderful and a quick, easy and very effective read!
Highly recommend this book.
