Second Chances-A new Reality TV show

This is a modern day romance with a little/lot of reality TV thrown in. The 2 main Characters are Dr Lucien Damron and Gillian Cornell. The book starts out with us seeing that the good Dr is some what of a Cad!! He is at a conference that Ms Cornell is speaking at and he's not very compilmentary to her. Then come to find out they are to be working together at a new reality TV show where divorced couple are trying to restore there relationship. Anyway great dislike and many arguments makes sexual tension great. Plus with all that's going on between these two there's a great secret that Lucien is keeping and it causes all sorts of problems. Problems for the show and the budding relationship between the two. I liked this story and it was an easy fun read and like all Ms Jeffer's books, all will be revealed in the end!

Full of Passion and Intrigue

From the very beginning of Regina's novel there was a fire started by the steamy Lucian. His story alone was very intriguing, I was in suspense all the way through the novel wanting to know his big secret! Lucian and Gillian are very passionate together, which I loved. The story never had a dull moment, there were always twists and turns that kept me in suspense. Will they won't they? Family drama for both of the main characters added another dimension to the entertaining story. There were some very happy touching moments, but also sad ones too.
The story had a lovely ending very emotional and satisfying. A great read and highly recommended :)

Second Chances: The Courtship Wars

It is a well written novel by a great author and an outstanding plot. There were twists and turns that lead to romance, misunderstandings, separation and hurt feelings. While two people in love with each other and can't keep their hands off of one another yet neither realizes that they have a lovehate relationship.
There is pride and prejudice in the novel that is prevalent also in Jane Austen's, " Pride and Prejudice."
I enjoyed reading the novel and recognized some of the wording was that of Jane Austen's usage and sort of reminded me of Elizabeth Bennet and Fitzwilliam Darcy's part in the novel. Maybe it is just that I read too much P & P variation novels.
The plot deserves the 5 star rating along with the writing.
It was a well worth novel to read.
