I'm a student when it comes to the ideology of Islam. I read this because I've visited the Citizen Warrior website and found that my values and concerns are represented there. This book is especially useful for a free born "western" minded person. Read it, your eyes will be opened.

Useful, practical, no college education required

Now here is a practical guide which really delivers what it says in its long title. It's an easy read in bite-sized chunks and can be dipped into or read right through. Because it's be designed to be immediately useful without having to read it cover-to-cover, there is some repetition. As a handbook, it's written to support individuals who are discussing Islam with family members, friends or acquaintances, either face=to-face or by e-mail. Those familiar with Bill Warner's material will recognise his influence throughout the book.
The main chapter "Answers to Objections" is 90 pages long and provides up to eight possible answers to 26 objections, so you can see it has plenty of "meat".
The book has a heavy US focus, and draws on American models like Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People'.
Although I gave the book 5 stars, I was a little disappointed that, although it attacked radical Islam and Islamification of the US, it focused only on the the WAY Islam is threatening, not WHAT it's threatening. The US Constitution is mentioned only once (p 76) and the book does not make clear that the US Constitution and all its major amendments are incompatible with sharia law.
What's more, Islam is out to curtail, change or stamp out western civilization, including the democratic process, freedom of the press, freedom of expression (including artistic freedom; no political correctness), science, understanding that the natural world is not bound by human doctrine, equality of opportunity, equal rights and obligations for women as for men, government that is small, rational and fair, the individual before the group, civility, religious freedom, tolerance (but not of public intolerance), trial by jury, habeas corpus, the presumption of innocence, the rights of the child, an obligation to help the genuinely disadvantaged in society regardless of religious affiliation and, generally speaking, a live-and-let-live laissez-faire attitude. Such a list is missing and it would have rounded out the book very nicely.
